A: Currently we are offering free delivery to All Of New Jersey, most New York and Connecticut communities including but not limited to the following: Suffolk, Nassau, Queens, Kings, Richmond, New York, Rockland, Westchester, Putnam, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia, Greene, Delaware, Broome, Chenango, Fairfield, New Haven, Middlesex, Litchfield, Hartford, New London. We also offer shipping of unassembled shower models to the 48 contiguous states.
After placing your order you will receive an automated order confirmation. If your order does not qualify for free shipping you will be notified within 24 business hours with a quote for an extended location delivery fee and option to either accept or cancel for an immediate 100% refund. Ship times vary with our inventory and time of year. After placing your order you will be notified within 24 hours of your ship date or you can contact us for our current shipping time frame.
Q: How will my Cabana Outdoor Shower™ arrive and can I assemble it myself?
A: A pre-assembled Outdoor Cabana Shower™ will come in six modular pieces and assembly can be assembled with basically a drill and erected in less then an hour. Your Outdoor Cabana Shower™ is built on top of a hidden pressure treated 2x4 platform for easy deck leveling and keeping your Cabana Outdoor Shower™ off the ground. Though assembly of our pre-built showers are quick and simple, we suggest using a professional installer and plumber. All wood is delivered untreated (without a clear coat or stain protectant) so you can choose a clear coat for a natural golden mahogany color or use a darker stain to achieve a more rich look. All plumbing fixtures, rain heads, foot wash, diverters etc. are not included.
Q. Is the Cabana Outdoor Shower™ Freestanding or Structure Mounted?
A. Though we suggest mounting your Cabana Outdoor Shower™ to a structure, they are very sturdy and with a little creativity and support you should be able to erect your shower almost anywhere. We are currently testing instant gas and electric tankless hot water heaters and so far the results are very positive; consequentially, you can use any water source (even a garden hose), allowing you even more flexibility on where your Cabana Outdoor Shower™ can be erected.
Q. How do I take care of the Cabana Outdoor Shower™ so it always maintains its beauty?
A. Like all fine wood furniture, there is some maintenance involved. However, mahogany is known for being one of the most durable woods available, lessening the amount of maintenance and extending the life of your shower. Your environment will determine the amount of maintenance you might need or want to do. We recommend speaking with a professional in your area and investing in a quality wood sealer. Always test a small area first to see if you will get the desired results.
Q. How does the shower drain and is any special arrangements necessary?
A. Cabana Outdoor Shower™ does not come with any plumbing or drainage fixtures. It is recommended that you plan for adequate drainage so your Cabana Outdoor Shower™ does not sit in a constantly damp environment.
Q. Do you have a return policy?
A. Though we have never had a return, if you are not 100% satisfied with your Cabana Outdoor Shower™, you may return it, within 14 days of receipt of your shower. Please note, there is a restocking fee and it is the buyer’s responsibility to safely deliver the shower to Cabana Outdoor Shower LLC in unused, like new condition. Please contact Cabana Outdoor Shower LLC for your return authorization prior to a return.
